TERMS AND CONDITIONS
REFUND POLICY INFORMATION.
I provide a seven-day business days money back warranty minus transaction fees from the date clients placed their order. Refunds will be made to the card they ordered on within 5 to 10 days depending on the client’s bank.
CANCELLATION BEFORE ARTWORK BEGINS.
If for any reason a client needs to cancel their order, they must contact me as soon as possible. At this point, clients will have either paid in full or paid a portion of the final cost of their portrait. There will be a cancellation fee (which covers mock-ups, transaction fees, emails and general administration) of $50.
DEPOSIT PAID-PRICE FREEZE FOR 12 MONTHS.
If a client makes a deposit to save a space in my commissions list but doesn’t provide photos or fully finalise the details of the portrait, I will freeze my price list from the date of the paid deposit for 12 months. Thereafter, if the client returns after a 12-month period to arrange and finalise their portrait, they will be purchasing at my current price list.
FULL PAYMENT IS REQUESTED BEFORE THE ARTWORK STARTS.
I will only start working on a portrait once the fees are fully paid. Upon placing a deposit I will confirm payment and place clients onto my list. Two weeks prior to starting the artwork, I will email you a final invoice to make a payment via email. This is a safe and secure invoice, personalised to you. Payment must be made before I start any artwork.
CHANGES REQUIRED TO FINAL ARTWORK OR DRAWING.
Once a portrait is finalised, a high quality image will be sent for their consent. If there are any changes required, it is highly recommended to inform me at this point. 100% satisfaction is my main goal, nevertheless if the issue with the artwork can not be settled, the alternative of a 50% refund, repaid delivery charges, minus payment fees is available for the client. This policy only applies for purchases over $100
CHANGES REQUIRED TO PORTRAIT ONCE SHIPPED.
On receiving an approved portrait, the client has 14 days to contact me about any changes required. If the portrait needs to be returned for alterations, the client must meet the cost of shipping back to my studio in its original packaging. If after the changes have been made, the customer is still not happy and would like a refund, I retain the artwork for disposal and 50% of the total cost paid.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE.
Prices are quoted in AUD. If you reside outside Australia, your bank will exchange the total to your currency at their own exchange rate. Please note that payments and refunds are in AUD and I cannot be held responsible for any loss due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
GIFT VOUCHERS.
Gift Vouchers are not refundable and are valid for 12 months from the date of the purchase. When redeeming, recipients who wish to add to their voucher will be purchasing on our current price list.
The price only includes Digital Voucher (PDF file to print at your own convenience) additional charges may apply if a hard copy is required.
The Digital Voucher (PDF file) will include a coupon code to redeem your purchase on our website; it can only be used one time. Protect your code and only share it to the recipient.
Free shipping only within Australia.
The artwork’s final destination address must be provided at the moment of the purchase, additional charges may apply if the wrong address is provided.
Once a voucher is redeemed all other terms and conditions apply to the recipient.
PRINTS ON DEMAND INFORMATION
Printed on demand and locally to support small businesses of Australia, so please allow 4 weeks for printing and packaging. You will receive a “shipped” email when your order has been sent.
Prints are shipped with a sturdy backing board and protective clear bag, in a tough envelope. Because of the aggressive nature of the mail system, this has proven to be both the safest, and most affordable shipping method. All products are packaged by me so please allow up to three weeks to receive your purchase (international orders can take up to 5 weeks depending on customs). Orders are sent out the first week of each month only, please plan your orders according to this, allow up to 5 weeks depending on customs.
SHIPPING POLICY INFORMATION.
Please allow up to three weeks to receive your purchase in Australia, once the final artwork has been approved and shipped through Australian post (International orders can take up to 5 weeks depending on customs). Please allow additional shipping time due to Covid-19.)
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.
The packing I use for my portraits has a sturdy backing board, protective bag and sturdy envelope providing outstanding protection.
If for any reason your artwork is damaged in transit, please proceed with the following steps:
- Take a clear picture of the packaging and the artwork ensuring the damage is visible.
- Email it to me immediately.
- The artwork needs to be returned to me in its original packaging at your own spend.
- Once received, a new artwork I will produce at no additional cost. The time it takes to finish the new artwork will depend on my schedule at the time
ARTWORK DISPLAYED ON MY WEBSITE.
Copyright law protects the artwork created by me. I maintain the right to use images of my artwork on my website, social media platforms and promotional material. Every pet portrait is unique and it will not be reproduced for profit.
Any communication with clients; emails, chats and social media platforms may be used as testimonials. If clients do not wish the above mentioned to be shown, please let me know when you are placing your order in the notes section.
